MindMate

MindMate Leeds is the name for all the different ways children and young people in the city can get support with their mental health and wellbeing.

At Chapel Allerton Primary we teach the MindMate curriculum from MindMate Leeds.

This is a spiral SEMH (social, emotional, mental health) curriculum that sits alongside our Personal, Social, Health and Economic (PSHE) curriculum.

There are six themes covering a range of life issues. See the curriculum coverage document.

Here is the link to the MindMate website- it has support for parents/carers and young people in Leeds with their Mental Health.
