I have a wide range of experiences working in the higher education sector to reduce inequalities of young people in accessing and succeeding in higher education, regardless of their background. I currently project manage a government funded project, hosted by the University of Leeds, engaging schools/colleges/universities, local authorities and other stakeholders across West Yorkshire to develop strategies which improve outcomes and attainment of young people and equip them to make informed choices about their educational pathways.

In the role of Parent Governor, I will be committed to using my experiences and skills to support the school’s ambitions for the future.
