I am a parent governor and have two children at Chapel Allerton Primary. It’s been a privilege to watch them grow and thrive at the school. I hope to help the school bring the same positive experience to even more local children.

I live locally and am invested, not just in the school, but in the wider Chapel Allerton community.

I work in communications for a neighbouring council and hope I can bring some of my professional skills to help the school listen to children, parents and guardians and respond to them in the most positive ways possible. In my day-to-day work, I also have experience of working with some of the issues the school faces, whether that’s finance, safeguarding or a range of other things governors can be involved in.

I am especially interested in how the school can build on its inclusive approach. I would like to play my part in making sure every child gets the chance to grow and thrive at the same time as fulfilling their academic potential.
